This page provides some computer programs that maybe useful especially for martial artists. Each of them was custom programmed.
Click on the button below and find out more about them. Of course - there comes no guarantee with them that they won't destroy your computer, make your screen implode or your testicles shrink. So you will try them out on your own risk.
Most (but not all) of the programs are written in Delphi.
This is a program for organizing membership and contracts of a martial arts school. We have customized it according to our needs at MUDOKWAN.
All necessary data of members (including graduation) can be stored and reviewed. Besides providing a database for members, you can print out contracts and basic data of your members. Up to 20 categories (or styles) for members can be used.
Search criteria includes 'by name', 'by duration of contract', 'by ZIP-code', 'by category'. Due fees are handled automatically and the lovely letters of due payment can be printed out in four steps (1st, 2nd, 3rd warning and then away to the lawyer).
You get a journal of every payment you have typed in and you can watch nice statistics about the growth of your school. Features like reports or labels and the possibility of generating lists for all members who are eligible for next examination test are a nice thing too.
MudoData 2.2 has been used at MUDOKWAN for some years now and is constantly developed. For this program you need the BDE (Borland Databease Engine) installed on your computer (provided with the disks when you order).
The full version is rather bulky, so we don't offer it on the server. You have to contact us by e-mail if you want a trial version (this will cost you a small amount for sending the disks to you).
Order full version (when ordering the full version, it will be customized to your school or club - so we need some information first)
We have been approached to write a program for graphically showing the procedure of the drawing lots ceremony at big tournaments and that's what this program does.
Attach a video projector to your computer and the whole crowd at the drawing lots ceremony can watch on the screen who competes against whom.
Drawing lots is not done automatically but you have to type the numbers in as they are drawn by hand (this was a request by the organizing committee for whom we originally wrote the program).
Pool lists can be printed out afterwards, in this first version we only have embedded a HP 720 DeskJet printer - that means you will probably have some trouble when printing out on some other printer.
The second version of the Drawing Lots program has included a database which means that you can store all data and retrieve it later.
Printing should work on different printers now as the reports use the printer drivers installed on your computer.
You need the BDE (Borland Database Engine) installed on your computer to work correctly (provided with full version).
This little program handles tournaments. You can produce lists (weight category, clubs, names) and print out pools. It is written in Visual Basic and very small.
Because it is not new, the default weight categories are not up to date, but you can enter your own categories. This is the english demo-version.
A small database for acupuncture clinics or other medical doctors. This program will store data on different sheets like medication, therapy or other relevant data concerning your patients.
Nothing really sophisticated. This program too needs the BDE (not provided with download).
MudoData is the EDV-division of MUDOKWAN. We are dealing with programming and internet applications.
Based on more than 25 years experience in tournament management and school management we have developed a number of very specialized programs for the martial arts sector.
MudoData also developed and manages a number of webpages on the internet, see some examples at:
